The following forms can be found on the National IWLA website in the Submit Chapter Information section.

  • Generic Officer Report Form: You may update your officer online in the database or use the link on the website to open a PDF file that you can enter the required information in to and submit.
  • IRS Filing Requirement: Small tax-exempt organizations are required to electronically submit Form 990-N, also known as the e-Postcard, with the IRS annually.
